Rozlyn Khan's war with Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra

Dare to bare model Rozlyn Khan who is known for all sorts of controversies - from IPL to monsoon nude bath created a stir again recently. When strip queens like Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra were busy celebrating ""no bra day"" by putting topless and no bra pictures, Rozlyn surprised all by slipping into a pink bikini to create awareness about breast cancer.

Six months back too Rozlyn had gone topless for spreading the awareness about "breast cancer" and this month she again did a special photo shoot, since this is the month of breast cancer awareness. When asked, Rozlyn said: "Scars on the body mean scars on the soul! Hell breaks loose when one comes to know that one is suffering from breast cancer. And I want to reach out to all the women out there, to make them aware of this disease!"
However, as soon as Rozlyn put her pictures on twitter, Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra started celebrating no bra day. Interestingly, no bra day is in the month of July. Playboy model Sherlyn Chopra - who was also happily putting no bra pictures - noticed Rozlyn Khan's tweets that it was not a 'no bra day', she also started tweeting about breast cancer awareness campaigns before Rozlyn Khan could make fun of Sherlyn on twitter, just like she did in Poonam Pandey's case.
When their followers noticed the whole game, they had a great time and started putting spicy tweets. Sample these:
#@Rozlyn Khan ne poonam pandey ki keh ke le li.....
#Sherlyn chopra aur poonam pandey ko politics main hona chahiye tha, dono ko koi expose hi nahi kar sakta.
# Farak kya padta hai sherlyn aur poonam ko toh bahana chahiye
Rozlyn claims that Sherlyn copied her tweets and that Sherlyn Chopra's official fan club's a follower of Rozlyn Khan's twitter account, so that she can keep watch on each and every tweet of her's.

Jaspal Bhatti's swansong 'Power Cut' hit theatres today

Jaspal Bhatti's Power Cut will hit theatres today, as the master satirist believed that "The show must go on." The irony is that Bhatti himself won't be around to witness the audience's response to his satirical romantic comedy. Five days ago, at the Chandigarh Golf Club,Bhatti and his cast had talked about the film, its music and future projects.

"I know that when you hear the film's title, you'd think, how can someone make a comedy film on such a dry subject? But, that's where the challenge lies   extracting comedy out of a dry subject like power cuts." Bhatti, who is the writer, director and co-producer of the film, will also be seen playing a major role.
Like always, Bhatti has given quirky names to his characters, such as Bijli (played by Surilie Gautam) and Current (played by Zafar Khan). Elaborating on the title, he said, "Power not only denotes bijli (electricity), it also talks about political power, which translates into personal power… If this political power is directed towards solving the actual power (bijli) problem of Punjab, it will help the people phenomenally. Because we live in a blessed city like Chandigarh, we remain unaware of the 20 to 22-hour power cuts that people in Punjab face everyday. In Punjab, the most common phrases are, 'Aa gai, aa gai, aa gai! Chali gai, chali gai, chali gai!'"
Jasraj Bhatti, who is making his debut as an actor in his father's film, had looked excited that day, "Our family has an in-depth knowledge of power (electricity) as my late grandfather was a chief engineer in the Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB). As a matter of fact, Jaspal Sir also is an electrical engineer from Punjab Engineering College (PEC) and retired as senior executive engineer, PSEB."
The cast had arrived at the club in a customised, flashy car. According to Jasraj, "This car was Jaspal sir's idea. We got it made from an Amritsar-based modifier, Daljit (aka Diltod Daljit), and spent about Rs.50,000 on the modification. This 'beauty' would be seen quite often in the film, including the title track, 'Ki karooga Jat je lag jaye power cut.'"
The movie features experienced actors such as Jaspal and Savita Bhatti, BN Sharma, Jaswinder Bhalla, Prem Chopra, Gurchet Chitarkar, Rajesh Puri and Chandan Prabhakar, besides the young brigade of Jasraj Bhatti, Zafar Khan (student of Bhatti's MAD Arts school) and Surilie Gautam (TV actress; sister of Yami Gautam of Vicky Donor fame).

Sherlyn Chopra goes topless on Twitter

Sherlyn Chopra who has been creating waves on Twitter with her bold pics is at again. The lady has posted some of her topless snaps, admitting a part of her is a "sexual exhibitionist".

"A part of me is a sexual exhibitionist......The exhibitionist loves to flirt with shame," she tweeted.
The first Indian model to be shooting for Playboy, Sherlyn says she's not ashamed of her sexual fantasies.

"I'm not ashamed of who I am or of my body, my physicality, my desires, my sexual fantasies... I'm not afraid of the unknown," she tweeted.

Another tweet explains the model's philosophy: "People say that I'm goin' the wrong way....when itz simply a way of MY OWN......"

"Real integrity is doin' the right thing.....knowin' that nobody's gonna know whether you did it or not........ ," she added.

Will Aishwarya Rai Bachchan play leading lady in Karan Johar’s Bemisaal remake?

The Raavan actor might make a comeback in the Agneepathproducer’s remake of the Amitabh Bachchan-Raakhee starrer….if she can tear herself away from her Beti B Aaradhya!

It has been two years since Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen on the big screen and very recently she confessed that while she has been reading scripts to make her Bollywood comeback, she has found it difficult to tear herself away from home and baby. Other than taking care of Beti B Araadhya, Ash has been on the lookout for the perfect script that could do justice to her talent. While speculation is still spinning stories about her next big screen venture, we heard that Karan Johar may have a job for her – the director-producer is keen on remaking Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s 1982 film, the Amitabh Bachchan-Raakhee starrer Bemisaal. Buzz is that KJo wishes to cast Aishwarya in his remake.
Our sources in suburban Mumbai want us to believe that there is a strong chance that Mr Johar might cast Abhishek Bachchan opposite Ash. Despite the dud that was Raavan, Karan reportedly wishes to cast the real life couple in his project – after all, the two look great together, never mind the acting! If that does happen, it would be interesting to see how Abhi-Ash fit into the world originally created by legendary filmmaker Mukherjee. For now, the news is that the Agneepath producer is trying to see howBemisaal can be remade without losing the soul of the original.
And we wait…and watch!

Eid Mubarak

As people get all geared up to celebrate Eid with great fanfare, we pay a tribute to the festival by taking a look at celebs who resort to a warm and friendly jaadu ki jhappi to greet each other. Saying Eid Mubarak without giving each other a tight bear hug is not done, no!

The biggest of differences can be resolved with a nice cuddly hug, and that’s what the festival teaches us, doesn’t it? While some celebs escape the whole hugging ritual and opt for uncomfortably distant pleasantries, there are also some who embrace each other unabashedly and keep their egos aside while doing so. And trust us, a hug surely generates a great deal of love, affection and friendliness….
So while we wish all our readers a hearty Eid Mubarak, we pick stars whose actions complement the flavour of this festival.
Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan: These now-arch rivals used to be great buddies at one point in time. As Sallu bhai hugs SRK onscreen with great intensity in a song from Om Shanti Om, we wish the two Khans would mend fences and give us an encore...for real. Now that would be great!

Ghai signs Deols for Ishq De Maare

Post the success of Yamla Pagla Deewana in 2011, the Deols (Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby) will next be seen in the sequel to Yamla Pagla Deewana directed by Sangeeth Sivan. However, seeing the success the trio had at the B.O., Subhash Ghai has signed them on for his next production.

In fact on the 34th anniversary of Mukta Arts, Ghai announced two new films namely, Ishq De Maare andApna Sapna Money Money 2. While the latter will be a sequel to the comic caper which released in 2006, Ishq De Maare, shooting of which is scheduled to start by April or May next year, will feature the three Deols.

Ishq De Maare will be written by Neeraj Pathak who earlier wrote Apne. Though Ghai will be producing the film, the director hasn't been announced yet. Meanwhile Ghai is busy making a comeback to direction after a gap of four years with his new film Kaanchi.

Akshay Kumar begins shooting for Boss

Akshay Kumar surely believes in working at breakneck speed. The actor has already begun work on his new film Boss which is directed by Anthony D'souza (who earlier made Blue).

Priyanka's special tribute to Yash Chopra

Priyanka Chopra never got a chance to star in a film directed by late Yash Chopra but the actress is now planning to pay tribute to the legendary filmmaker by performing to a medley of his evergreen hits at the People's Choice Awards to be held this weekend. PC was initially supposed to do an act around her last hit film Barfi but decided to switch it for this special tribute to Yashji.

The actress tweeted, "Writing cause I have an upheaval in my heart..was doing a Barfi act for People's choice awards but since yashjis passing its like my childhood is over..been rehearsing for a befitting shradhanjali to Him. when I was a kid every time I saw the beautiful Juhi in darr or Lovely Madhuri in Dil Toh Paagal Hai or my fav Sridevi in lamhe or chandni I used to start pretending to be them..id steal my moms white saree and stand in front of a table fan and dance as if I was doing toot gayi toot ke main choor ho gayi with my hair flying..I pretended as if I was being serenaded by the man of my dreams... My one regret.. My one wish.. Yashji will never say action to me..my life as a Hindi film heroine will always be incomplete..I remember him laughing at me when I used to tell him about my obsession with his films..would anyone capture a woman's beauty and heart the way Yashji did..? I Doubt.. But all ill say is.. Life is too short to keep wishes in ur heart..wish I'd told him I wanted him to just say action once to me..I'd walk in the background for him..I wish Jab Tak Hai Jaan so much success from my heart and I'll vicariously live my incomplete Yash Chopra dream through @iamsrk Katrina and Anushka.... Live out ur wishes..make ur dreams come true..fight for them..life is too short to take it for granted.. Sorry for my ranting..had to vent.."
